The location of Pianelle Resort is unbeatable, right at Piazza San Pietro Caveoso. I loved the modern design harmonizing with the historic surroundings. The breakfast surpassed expectations, offering a fantastic variety of fresh local options. Our Standard Double Room provided an extremely comfortable stay with a spa-like shower, plush pillows, and luxury bathrobes. However, I faced minor issues with the bathroom mirror being set too high. There were occasional delays during check-in that could use improvement, particularly during peak times. Despite that, the proactive shuttle service and parking arrangements were appreciated, making our arrival stress-free.
